International data transfers

Some of our processors operate outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place:

  • Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs): Where the Data Privacy Framework does not apply.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including:

  • HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
  • Access controls limiting who can view personal data
  • Regular review of data processing activities
  • Selection of GDPR-compliant processors
